Ubuntu Linux
Open Source Linux operating system developed by Canonical. Ubuntu’s new releases are released every half year, and the LTS (Long Term Support) version is released for two years. Frequently released Ubuntu Linux consists of the latest software and kernels. If long system support is more important than the latest software, it is worth choosing the LTS version.
CentOS Linux
Open source Linux operating system created using public RHEL software codes. CentOS is 100% compatible with Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Basically CentOS is the same as Red Hat Enterprise Linux, just free and without Red Hat inc. support. After releasing the new RHEL version of Red Hat, the corresponding version of CentOS appears in a few months.
Fedora Linux
The open source Linux operating system is funded by Red Hat, inc. Red Hat invests in this distribution in order to boost opensource collaboration and innovation, and this Linux distribution consists of the latest and most advanced software, which is then transferred to Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Fedora Core is commonly used on computers and servers that require somewhat less advanced, but the latest software.
RedHat Enterprise Linux
A commercial Linux version created byt RedHat Inc. One of the oldest and the largest opensource software company provides RHEL specialist training, certification and software support services. Although Red Hat Enterprise Linux is a commercial operating system, its software codes are freely distributed, and there are many free Linux distributions in the market that are fully compatible with RHEL.

Debian Linux
