I. General provisions.

1.1. This privacy policy governs the manner in which

collects, processes and stores personal data from the client (hereinafter – You).

1.2. The collection, processing and storage of Your personal data is governed by this Privacy Policy, the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts.

1.3. By submitting Your personal data, You agree that Proservis will manage and process them in accordance with the purposes, means and procedures of this Privacy Policy and the legal acts.

II. Principles of personal data processing.

  2.1. Personal data is collected for defined and legitimate purposes.

  2.2. Personal data is processed accurately and fairly.

  2.3. Personal data is processed legally, i.e. y only in cases where:

   2.3.1. the data subject gives voluntary consent;

   2.3.2. the contract is concluded or executed when one of the parties is a data subject;

   2.3.3. personal data must be processed on the basis of a legitimate interest pursued by Proservis or a third person to whom personal data is provided and if the interests of the data subject are not more important;

   2.3.4. special personal data is not stored and processed.

  2.4. Personal data can be updated.

  2.5. Personal data will be automatically deleted after [DAYS] days. from the moment when the client no longer has active services and will not need other coordination of service-related questions (e.g., debt).

  2.6. Personal data is processed only by employees who have been granted such a right.

  2.7. All information about processed personal data is confidential.

  2.8. The processing of personal data in accordance with the established procedure shall be notified to the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

III. Submit data and use email services may:

  3.1. all physical persons who are at least 16 years of age;

  3.2. legal entities;

  3.3. authorized representatives of the abovementioned persons.

IV. Cookies.

4. We inform You that we can store information (cookies) on Your computer (device) in order to offer You the most complete services on our site. We will use the information we record to identify You as a previous site user by collecting site traffic statistics. You can see what information (cookies) we save at any time and You can delete some or all of Your saved cookies. V. Collection, processing, storage of personal data.

5.1. Proservis respects everyone’s right to the privacy. Your personal data (information in the registration form) is collected and processed for the following purposes:

  5.1.1. process Your orders;

  5.1.2. issue financial documents (e.g. invoices);

  5.1.3. to solve problems related to the provided services;

  5.1.4. fulfill other contractual obligations;

  5.1.5. for direct marketing purposes (only if You agreed with this item).

5.2. While managing and protecting Your personal data, Proservis implements organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, and any other unlawful handling.

5.3. Proservis may, for statistical purposes, use data that is not directly related to Your person, for example, data on purchased services. Such statistics will be collected and processed in such a way as to prevent the disclosure of identity or other personal data that would allow identification of the person.

VI. Disclosure of personal data to third parties.

6. Proservis reserves the right to disclose information to third parties:

6.1. In the case of a domain service, the data (for the purpose of processing the service) will be transferred to the Domain Registry;

6.2. According to the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

VII. By allowing to manage Your personal data, You are entitled to:

7.1. at any time, independently, modify and / or update the information provided in the registration form;

7.2. disagree with the processing of personal data and not to give personal data;

7.3. to have access to Your personal data free of charge, to be informed about the processing of Your personal data;

7.4. demand correction, destruction, transfer or suspension of the processing of Your personal data;

7.5. provide a request* regarding the processing of personal data. Proservis will respond to You within no more than 30 calendar days from the date of Your request**. Only requests for personal data processing that are submitted in writing (email helpdesk@proservis.eu or by post: Savanorių pr 194, Kaunas LT-44151) are considered;

* Regulation (EU) 2016/679 sets out the grounds on which the request of the data subject can be waived. Article 12 (5) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 provides that where the data subject’s requests are manifestly unfounded or disproportionate, in particular as regards their duplicate content, the controller of personal data may either charge a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or of the reports or actions requested, or may refuse to act on request.

** Regulation (EU) 2016/679 provides for a one-month time limit for responding to a request from a data subject.

7.6. submit a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate in Lithuania regarding the possible processing of personal data that is not properly processed (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 specifies that the SDPI institution is determined by the location of the organization, i.e., Proservis headquarters).

VIII. Changing of Privacy Policy.

8.1. Proservis has the right to partially or completely change the Privacy Policy by notifying it by email or other electronic tools.

8.2. The additions or changes to the privacy policy come into effect from the date of their publication, i.e. y from the date they are posted in the system.

8.3. If You do not agree with the new version of the Privacy Policy, You have the right to cancel it in writing (email helpdesk@proservis.eu or by post: Savanorių pr 194, Kaunas LT-44151), losing the right to use the services.

8.4. If, after completing or modifying the Privacy Policy, You continue to use the Services provided, You are deemed to accept the recast.
